Gemäß Aktenlage verteilen sich Kellerräume, Wohnräume, Schlafzimmer und ein teilausgebautes Dachgeschoss über die Geschosse, wobei die genaue Anzahl der Wohneinheiten dem Gutachter nicht bekannt ist. Das Wohnhaus wird vermutlich von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt, da keine Mietverhältnisse bekannt gegeben wurden.
