No login, no questions, no reason needed for an ordinary cancellation.

Cancellation form

Fill in the form and click “Cancel now”. You will get an immediate confirmation of receipt by email, with the date, the time and the wording of your cancellation. Your access stays open until the end of the period you have paid for.

Other ways

If you are logged in you can also do it in your account under Settings › Subscription and invoices, where “Cancel subscription” takes you to the Stripe customer portal.

An informal email to support@qantor.de or a letter to Qantor One UG (haftungsbeschränkt), c/o Miskiewicz, Blankeneser Landstraße 39, 22587 Hamburg works just as well. A cancellation is valid even if it uses none of these forms.
