Right of withdrawal
For consumers entering into a paid subscription

Your right of withdrawal
Consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the following right of withdrawal when they enter into a paid subscription. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the service provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
In a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have provided the service in full and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed that you were aware that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have performed the contract in full (§ 356 (4) BGB).

The right of withdrawal above concerns the contract for a paid subscription. Separately from that, you can withdraw consent given under data protection law (for cookies or analytics services, for instance) at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
