Laut Wertgutachten handelt es sich um ein zweigeschossiges, voll unterkellertes Reihenhaus (Haupthaus), sowie ein nicht unterkellerter, eingeschossiger rückwärtiger Anbau, ursprünglich ca. 1900 in der damaligen, konventionellen Massivbauweise errichtet.
Es gibt eine Wohnheit im Erdgeschoss, ein Appartment im Obergeschoss und das Dachgeschoss ist ebenfalls zu (untergeordneten) Wohnzwecken -Kammern- ausgebaut. Auf dem rückwärtigen Grundstück wurde ca. 1968 eine Garage in Massivbauweise errichtet.
Da kein Einlass gewährt wurde, wurde das Gutachten ausschließlich nach dem äußeren Eindruck und der Aktenlage erstellt.

According to the valuation report, this is a two-storey, fully basemented terraced house (main house), as well as a non-basemented, single-storey rear extension, originally built around 1900 in the then conventional solid construction method.
There is one residential unit on the ground floor, an apartment on the upper floor, and the attic is likewise converted for (subordinate) residential purposes, chambers. On the rear plot a garage in solid construction was erected around 1968.
As no access was granted, the report was prepared solely on the basis of the external impression and the file records.
