Ebenfalls ohne Baugenehmigung wurde eines der Nebengebäude (Carport) errichtet, der das zulässige Maß an Grenzbebauung überschreitet. Das Grundstück liegt an einem unbefestigten Weg und ist nicht an Trinkwasserversorgung, Schmutzwasserentsorgung und Gasversorgung angeschlossen (keine Erschließung bis auf Strom, daher kein Baugrundstück). Bei Wertermittlung eigengenutzt.
