Holiday apartment complex with five fully furnished units in the Baltic Sea health resort Zingst, approximately 750 m (straight line) or 1.1 km on foot from the beach. The property comprises a solid-construction residential building with five holiday apartments and a separate outbuilding with equipment rooms. The apartments are distributed across the ground floor, attic storey and knee-wall attic and are marketed as holiday apartments under the names Meerle 1 to 5.

The holiday apartment complex features high-quality interior fittings with plastic windows with triple glazing, underfloor heating, a decentralised ventilation system with heat recovery and electrical fittings to VDE standard. Each apartment is fully furnished with Miele-brand kitchen furniture, leather sofas, double beds and a high-quality sanitary area. An outbuilding with equipment rooms, parking spaces and a bin storage area completes the complex.

The structural condition is good, consistent with the year of construction 2017, with only minor moss and algae growth on the façade. The complex is not connected to a central WEG (owners' association) management and has no maintenance reserve. A technically significant particularity: separate water meters and electricity meters per apartment are currently not installed, though their installation has been prepared for.
