This 4-room maisonette apartment is located on the 2nd upper floor (entrance level) and 1st upper floor of an apartment building in Rodgau-Nieder-Roden, at the edge of the town centre with walking access to shops, schools and public transport. The building was constructed around 1975 using large-block construction and is part of a larger residential complex with around 140 apartments, accessed via two stairwells and lifts.

The split-level apartment has an open kitchen, storage room, bathroom and shower room, as well as a south-facing terrace with loggia. The apartment is assigned special property rights to a storage room as well as a garage parking space on the lower parking deck. The apartment is apparently let, although no tenancy agreement was available to the valuer.

An interior inspection was not possible, so the condition of the interior rooms is based on general assumptions. Modernisations such as heating, lifts and roof renovation have already been carried out on the common property, while renovation of the north façade is still pending.
