Laut Wertgutachten handelt es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte mit zwei Garagen in der Stadt Emmerich am Rhein, Ortsteil Elten. Das eingeschossige teilunterkellerte Vorderhaus (Haupthaus) mit ausgebautem Dachgeschoss und der nicht unterkellerte Anbau mit nicht ausgebautem Dachgeschoss wurde 1948 errichtet. Seitlich befindet sich eine 1965 errichtete PKW-Garage mit später angebautem Verbindungstrakt zum Anbau hin.

Auf dem hinterern Wohnbaugrundstück befindet sich noch eine 1986 errichtete Fertiggarage aus Stahlblech, Zufahrt vom "Alter Beeker Weg" aus.

Bei dem schon länger leerstehenden Wohnhaus war keine Innenbesichtigung möglich.

According to the appraisal, this is a semi-detached house with two garages in the city of Emmerich am Rhein, district of Elten. The single-storey front house (main house), partly with a cellar and a converted attic, and the extension without a cellar and with an unconverted attic, was built in 1948. Beside it is a car garage built in 1965, with a connecting section added later towards the extension.

On the rear residential plot there is also a prefabricated garage made of sheet steel, built in 1986, with access from "Alter Beeker Weg".

An interior inspection of the residential house, which has been vacant for a long time, was not possible.
