Bebauung in desolatem Zustand. Es bestehen erhebliche Bodenkontaminationen mit Arsen aufgrund der früheren Nutzung des Grundstücks. Grundstück ist ein Einzeldenkmal. Das Schuppengebäude südlich des Hüttenteiches stellt einen Überbau vom Nachbargrundstück dar und ist nicht Gegenstand der Versteigerung.
